We do not accept Payments on Delivery. No exceptions.

There are no refunds on Faux Floral arrangements 48 hours after payment has been processed.  You can change your design, color, vase or delivery date only. If you do not wish to proceed with your order, you will be issued a credit good for 90 days.

Balloon orders can be cancelled 5 days before delivery date. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total order.

Balloon structure orders for graduations, proms and commercial events must be paid in full. No exceptions. If you cancel your order, you will be refunded the full amount minus a 30% cancellation fee. Or you can receive a credit for the full amount good for 120 days.

Last-minute orders scheduled for delivery within 1-2 weeks must be paid for in full and can be cancelled, however, will not be refunded. If items have been pre-ordered and prepared for your event, you will receive a credit minus any pre-order and preparation cost.

Fresh florals are not refundable. If there is an issue with your order such as damaged in delivery, flowers do not look as shown online or flowers die within three days after delivery. You can get your flowers redone and redelivered at no charge on the same day or the next business day. If this is an event, and multiple arrangements have been prepared, please contact your event specialist for a resolution.

Floral and Balloon Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Subscription order delivery can be skipped within the first 5 days of the month.  You can change your delivery date, design option, colors and manage your subscriptions right from your MY ACCOUNT page at www.nybloomsandballoons.com.

All balances for events must be paid 30 days before the scheduled delivery date. No exceptions. If we do not receive a deposit, then there is no order. If you receive an estimate, it will be good for 15 days. After which, you may not receive the same items and service deals as stated in the previous estimate. 

All our flowers are delivered with the highest quality and life span. Our growers are local and provide us with the absolute best florals cut and delivered within two days. Once we receive them, they are stored in their correct environments and cared for until they are ready for bouquets and arrangements.  Our first priority is our customers and we do everything to make sure you get the freshest flowers in your bouquet and arrangements.
