Filling out the short questionnaire is the first step.  With the information you provide, we will contact you via your preferred contact method reiterating your design choice (s) and what can be done with your budget.  You pay your 25% deposit and that is it.  The hardest part for you is over.  We will then go over important details about your event and 30 days before the event, make sure we have all the information regarding your event and/or services so we can bring your vision to fruition at the time of installation.

Yes we do.  Even if we have decorated that particular venue before.  Every event is different so the visit to the venue of your choice is important.  Once you finalize with us, we will make arrangements to visit the venue.  This is best done with you.  However, we will visit without you and update you with the visual placement of decor.

It depends on the size of the event and the decor elements.  Minimum 2 hours.  Maximum 5 hours.  Installation can be done the night before or early am hours of event date.  This very important details will be discussed with the venue.

We will make every effort in assisting you with rescheduling your event  Cancellations depend on the circumstances. These circumstances will be outlined and discussed as well as stated in our easy to read and understand contract.

Yes! We usually work this out with the venue as far as time and availability.
